The overall facilities were very good... If any tourist is visiting kashmir and wants to be safe from any scam regarding hotel booking then this might be your best choice.... Located 7km from Dal Lake (main attraction of srinagar) and the area is quite good but you won't find any market nearby... If you are visiting in winters it have very good centralised heating system which makes your whole stays cozy and comfortable Also the in-house restaurant is quite good..... Good for family

I recently stayed at Ginger in Srinagar, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is stunning and perfectly captures the beauty of Kashmir, but what truly made the stay unforgettable was the hospitality. Mumena, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm personality and genuine care added such a personal touch-she's honestly one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. From helping with check-in to recommending local spots, she made us feel right at home. Her kindness and bright smile were so refreshing, and it's clear she's passionate about creating a great experience for guests. I'd highly recommend Ginger to anyone visiting Srinagar, and I'll be back someday, hoping to see the wonderful team-especially Mumena-again.

It’s a new property with all staff welcoming & supportive … stayed for 3 nights - it was comfortable like a home & as we are from Bangalore - & we were happy to speak to Rasool who was also at Bangalore - served us the best food with care - Happy to see Imran sir aswell on the last day

Very very inexpensive hotel but services was really great. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The manager Imran was very helpful and even assured us to get a driver and hotel in gulmarg . Budget hotel but with great facilities

The check in process was smooth, the rooms were very clean and maintained. The breakfast was also good and had lots of options. Special kudos to the Hotel reception staff, Restaurant staff and housekeeping for the exceptional service.

We had a nice stay in Ginger Srinagar Barzulla. The rooms were spacious and clean, the overall property was accessible and close to some of the relevant spots in Srinagar. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was pretty regular.

The property is newly built, rooms are clean, breakfast is good (specially vegetarian options), staff is friendly and co-operative, location is safe. I had stayed 3 nights, had a great time, would surely visit again.
